here is the details:

1. Unclench and take off the button part, then press the exposed black portion to see if the distiller turns on(remenber to plug in the distiller power cord).

2. If the distiller turns on, the reason of your problem may be that the black portion was shifted, you can adjust the black protion position to fix it(see video 0'46").
