Heats and cools as it should. Very quite, Fast friendly response to a minor issue
Installed in the middle of summer. cooling a brick shop with metal roof usually pretty unbearable in summer time as we have no shade on the building. one unit is able to keep it around 70-80 in the middle of the day. worth the money for sure.
Had unit professionally installed so warranty would be valid. Unit flashed a code right out of the box. Be prepared to wait for a while to be able to speak with anyone but tech support was a big help and very understanding. They diagnosed the issue from what I told them and sent me out the parts to fix it immediately. I replaced the sensors as instructed and as I did, it was obvious that was the issue.
This was my first install. It was super easy after watching a couple of helpful videos on pulling a vacuum after installation. Super quiet running system.
We have researched and decided to go with this unit for our addition. Yes!!! We have been utilizing the unit for about 6 weeks. Easy install and great price!
Bought the Black air Handler indoor unit. It is quiet as a mouse. Cranks out tons of cold air and in Dry mode it still puts out cold air enough for a bedroom sized area and pulled our 1000 sq' trailer's humidity down 10% further in hot humid South Florida. Got another one coming with the White air Handler for another location in a sun room. They are room coolers and not while house solutions. We seem to be able to move the cold air around somewhat with tower fans but they are not a central ducted air solution. Rooms furthest way from their flow stay warm, as in Kitchen and baths. If you are adaptable expect to see your electric bill drop dramatically.
This mini split not only looks great on my wall but it's wisper quite and ice cold.
It turned my 400sq foot RV into a meat locker.
I love this thing and highly recommend it.
Great price. No problems installing, but I am a contractor so I have some knowledge of how to install. Used in rental trailer and renter acknowledged his electric bill was less than $50 during TN summer. Very economical.

This makes are entire place cool ..all the way to the back of the place . We live in a modular home . We're very happy with the way it functions and it's been very reliable. It was easy to install and didn't take more than an hour ( we were set up ahead of time had all the tools out and we had a plan in mind before it arrived) that helped ! It's awsome that you can turn it on / off up or down from your phone ..I check the temp on my phone from work and adjust it if need be that way when I get home I walk into a perfect place of comfort .
