ROVSUN 12000 BTU 2 In 1 Portable Propane Grill & Pizza Oven in Stainless Steel

I purchased this two and one cooker last summer. I have used it tremendously for grilling and pizza oven cooking. I wanted some thing that was compact that didn’t take up a lot of space. The grill cooks very consistently. The pizza oven is super fun and easy to use as well.

I’ve used both the pizza oven and the grill features and have been pleased with both. The oven took a little practice. I did burn some pizza edges from having the heat too high and then I over-compensated and undercooked a pizza. I finally figured out where to set the temperature suited to my liking and it’s been smooth sailing ever since. It gets hot though so beware! It also heats up super quick! The only thing even remotely negative I will say is that it’s a bit heavy for older folks like me and my husband. We manage though and the unit makes up for that in other ways. I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend it.

This pizza oven is a great option to the ROVSUN brand. I just couldn’t see spending $400 for a pizza oven so I tried this and it’s pretty awesome.

This is the best thing ever! Its just me and my husband so this is the perfect grill for us though its big enough for a family of 4 easily. This grill gives you everything! Grill, Griddle and Pizza oven! Amazing

I love this little grill. It heats up super fast. The pizza oven made great crispy pizzas much better than my oven. I don’t recommend using the front oven entrance, just lift the top. I have made burgers, fajitas, and chicken on the griddle and everything turned out great. I did season the griddle before using and have not had any problems with food sticking.
I bought a cast iron cleaning set to keep it clean. I also line the grease catcher with foil for easy clean up.

This thing is great but, if you don't have any experience with it, you might burn a few pizzas. Here's what to do. Fire it up with the heat on high for 10-15 minutes, then just before you put your pizza in, turn the heat down to low. The idea is to get the stone very hot so the bottom cooks before the top burns. If you leave it on high, you will most likely have a burnt top crust and undercooked bottom. This method has resulted in perfect pizzas each time. It also helps if your ingredients are at room temperature, dough, sauce, cheese and toppings. Enjoy.

This works amazingly well, first pizza was a learning curve but by the second one we had it down. Cooks in minutes and they were a big hit with all our friends. Follow the tips and tricks like making sure your dough is the right size, this will prevent it from burning
