6. How do I clean and maintain my sausage stuffer?

Disassemble and clean all parts with warm, soapy water immediately after use. 

7. 15 lb vs. 55 lb stuffer – which one should I choose?

Capacity refers to the weight of meat the canister can hold.

8. Why is meat leaking out around the edges of the piston?

1. Worn or Missing Gasket.

2. Meat that is Too Coarse.

3. Piston Not Seated Properly: When assembling, ensure the piston is level and pushed all the way down into the canister.

9. What should I do if the stuffer jams?

1. Stop Immediately! Do not force the handle, as you risk breaking the gears.

2. Reverse Crank: Try turning the handle slightly in reverse to relieve pressure.

3. Disassemble and Inspect: Unscrew the front end plate and check for a blockage (like tough gristle or sinew) in the outlet or stuffing tube.

4. Remove Some Meat: If the meat is too cold or too thick, it may be hard to push. Let it warm up slightly or remove some to reduce pressure.

4. How do I set my temperature?

When the power is turned on, there will be a drip sound and a temperature display on the panel, that is, the current ambient temperature. At this time, the refrigeration temperature is set. For example, if the temperature is 77ºF, the set temperature will flash on the display screen for 5 seconds, then it will return to the current cabinet temperature, and the initial cooling of the new machine will take 3-5 hours to reach the set cooling.

Most of our units are plug-in and can be installed by a homeowner.

No venting or chimney is needed! You can install it in any room with a standard wall outlet.

4. How realistic do the flames look?

NO. Cheaper to run, no Freon, eco-friendly and adds moisture to dry air

Best for dry climates (humidity<65%).

Does it need a window/open space?
