Returns/Cancellations
Our returns and exchange policy lasts 30 days from the date your purchase was delivered. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Contact us within 30 days at support@rovsun.com to initiate a return.

Return Process
1. Contact Rovsun customer service with your order number and email, explaining why you want to return the product. Provide photos or videos if the product is defective.
2. Our customer service will email you a prepaid return shipping label (RL) and instructions.
3. Print the RL and send back the original package within 30 days. The RL will become invalid after 30 days.
4. Rovsun will process the refund within 2 days of receiving the returned package. It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Refund Policy
If the products haven't been shipped, we will process the refund within 2 days.
If the products are in transit, we will process the refund after receiving and examining the returned items.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Refund Amount
1. Full refund for quality issues or mistakes caused by us, such as wrong or damaged products..
2. For non-quality-related returns, we will charge a 20% return shipping fee, and you will receive 80% of the refund.
3. Orders can be canceled for free if they haven’t been shipped.
