Ice maker is actually what our household needed. Our refrigerator can not keep up. It makes ice ever 14 min. Great ice maker.

Arrived a little later than the original date, then was held up an extra day by fed ex to inspect the package. It had been re-taped at some point during transport. Once it arrived I unpacked it and noticed a small dent on the bottom front corner, but didn’t affect the operation. I used a 5 gallon water bottle for my supply and a 5 gallon bucket for my drain. Once set up and turned on, the ice maker went to work immediately. The first few batches were a little watery, but from then on it made quality ice. It made the bottle of water into ice within a day. Then held a portion of the ice for 24 hours. We turned it off on a Sunday and when I came home from work the following Monday i was able to fill my cup with ice. Overall we are pleased and impressed with the unit.

So far, we love this ice maker. It makes ice very quickly and the cubes are perfect!

I just purchased this brand. It's very quiet when making ice. And this size good for a small business like me. I love it. I checked so many brand and compare for the price. This is the right one for me !

man i had to write a review this is a ICE maker that POUNDS the ice out i use the 5 gal bottle and have it on my couter top in my laundry room.. just with the 5 gal half full it makes ice for about 7 hours i got literally a full chest of ice.. the only issue is you have to stay on top of checking the bin because it has a auto shutt off once it detects ice next to the drop off.. so a simply push down of the ice restarts the process immediately....to also clear the air YES you can leave the ice in there and it doesnt melt at least mine didnt and was almost 14 hours.. get this for your ice... its a awesome deal..

Love this ice machine. Easy to install with the water hose included. Makes perfect ice and seems to be filling correctly. Cool blue UV light to keep it clean inside seems sturdy. Controls easy to figure out. Instructions clearly written. I got 80 pounds of clear ice cubes with good size from this machine. It is perfect and doing exactly what I wanted it to do.

This icemaker is really good! Produces lots of ice within a decent timeframe. The blue LED is a bonus feature so we can easily view how much ice was produced. The scoop is really good material and allows a good amount of ice for easy transportation. I highly recommend this product if you like having ice on a hot day.
