The unit works as it was intended. You installation booklet is horrible, this is a DIY unit , the directions should be clear and concise. My saving grace was a video out on YouTube. Atleast include the link in your instructions. After watching the video, installation is very easy.

I have to say just general appearance as I look it over, it seems to be a very high-quality. I have found nothing cheaper about it at this point have used the AC works great the variable fan and direction. I have not tried the heat yet hoping for the same results, to do a review when you’ve only had the product for a short time, maybe after a year I can comment about it again , I originally purchased a 9000 unit for a small hobby shed. Purchased the 18,000 for my garage. Also, I’ve read some reviews on customer service service. I contacted them three times and within the next day they had responded to my questions so I would give them an A+.

Came with everything you need for an easy install.

Installation was straight forward with the exception of the hole size and the supply wall fixture. The size should be 3” not the 2.75”. That would make the installation very straight forward.
Apart from that the unit is performing well, but it’s early days.

Runs perfect couldnt be happier.

Absolutely in love with this system. It was the first one I've ever installed and it was super simple. Followed the very clear instructions and everything went perfect. Talk about blowing some seriously cold air. It cooled my 1,042 sq ft house from 84 degrees to 72 degrees in 2 hours. We plan on installing another one in our bedroom to reduce the load on this one, but it doesn't seem to be struggling to keep up even while it's 94 degrees outside. It's ridiculously quiet too. Even on turbo fan mode, you can have a conversation beside either unit without raising your voice. A box fan is louder. Definitely recommend.

We are now in the installation process of all units. So far, everything is in order and I can see that the quality is good!

The 2 boxes arrived on the same day about 3-4 days after the order was placed, awesome stuff. I worked 2 solid days to install it myself, which took some time and work but this was the first time I do something like this, overall it was not difficult once you know what you’re doing. It’s now working and it’s fantastic. I can set the unit to work only on certain time periods that align with my use of the garage and it’s just perfect, super convinient to control from your phone. Cools down my 2 car garage from high eighties (and very humid) to low seventies in about 30 min (no even using the turbo mode). I highly recommend this!

Ive never installed one before but it wasn’t that hard. The only surprise was having to evacuate the lines which meant I had to buy a vacuum pump or hire a pro to do it…I bought the vacuum pump for $150 and can use it on auto ac’s too. The unit keeps my 2.5 car garage cool in the Phoenix heat and is super quiet; I wish I did this years ago.

As a long time maintenance tech I had no problems with the install. The only thing out of the ordinary is that I have a red brick house so I had to drill through but that was no biggie with a hammer drill.
I bought two units. One was a 9,000 BTU for a big bedroom and because I live in South Georgia I was able to run the AC for a few days in late December and it cooled a 250 sf room nicely. Now it’s Christmas time the heat will run you out.
The other unit is an 18,000 for a dining room, kitchen, living room and hallway about 650 sf. Right now I’m running heat and it’s awesome!
I’m monitoring the daily cost on the Georgia power website and I’m not blown away just yet, but I’ve only been running it less than a week so we’ll see.

I’ll follow up in a month or so with another review but I can tell you that thus far I’m happy with my purchase and have recommended ROVSUN to a family member and will be helping them with installation.
