I've never had a electric stuffer before only manual. This make life easier and it's easy to clean.
I tried using the kitchen aid attachment to stuff sausage and found out that's a huge pain in the buttocks! So, I did some research and found this guy. Life saver! You can clamp it to your table and get to cranking however you want. Full control of how much to stuff your links.

If you’re new to sausage making, remember to 1. Anchor machine to work table. Use a small plank of wood to protect a regular table.
2. Use key provided to entire rotating handle remains attached throughout operation. Tighten small hexagonal key on top end. Otherwise it will drop off.

A lot of research brought me to the decision to buy this one. Made bratwurst today and all in all it was a breeze out side of my rookie errors of overfilling the casing. Great tool and it will last a long time.
This machine is a mini version of the one I used years ago in a butcher shop. So much better than using the stuffer tubes on the grinder.
