I love this fryer I use it to make fresh French fries, fried chicken and shrimp and Much more
Nice size, not too big but works great! Got super hot, held temps well. Heated back up quickly after being turned down. Nice big knobs, baskets are good size for tater tots, fries, medium size fish, chicken wings, etc. Be sure to plug each unit in to separate 20 amp circuits. Would definitely buy again!!
