ROVSUN Lever Style Commercial French Fry Cutter with 4 Sizes Blades

I didn't buy this for a restaurant, I bought it for my home. Cutting potatoes by hand is time-consuming. Cutting them with those little hand-held circular slicers is tough as well - your body puts a lot of effort into pushing that thing down through the entire potato. So I went with this one. And it is totally worth it! Cutting potatoes is very fast and easy! We use it mostly for cubed potatoes, but we just cut the potatoes and load them back in sideways to get the job done!

Cleaning can be a bit of a hassle though - you can't just rinse and walk away. You may need a butter knife or long-bristled brush to get the tiny potato pieces out from the different parts. The area where the metal blades cross tends to catch tiny pieces that won't let go, even with a kitchen sprayer on full strength. But all of this has more to do with how the potato acts, than the quality of the cutter itself, so it still gets five stars.

I really like this unit, but you have to perfectly align the smallest cutting blade or it will leave black plastic shavings in your food. I have since stopped using the smallest cutting blade. I mainly use the wedge one to cut my cucumbers for pickle spears and making french fries. I also use the 1/2" and 3/8" for making salsa and cheesy potatoes. I have used this quite a but and it cleans easily if you clean it right away and it has been holding up very well.

The only thing is the base legs have suction cups that can become stuck and you will need to pry them free. Other than that, a great choice!

Definitely love this in my kitchen, very sturdy while cutting potatoes and onions especially. Would definitely recommend.

The best part about this chopper is that it had multiple blades so we can cut onion / potato in different sizes. This was purchased for an Indian resturant. It works great. Again, the multiple blades is what attracted us and it's exactly what we needed.

Great chopper for salad veggies or fresh cut fries! Strong blades and interchangeable sizes, fast and easy to do! Definitely recommend!

We love home made fries this saves alot of time cutting up potatoes

Item is tall and sturdy and cuts potatoes like a champ. Only reason for 4 start is there is a pin hookup that is in a hard place and you need to remove to clean and change plates for different styles. Wish it sat a little taller to fit a larger bowl underneath but that's a minor issue.
