The shipping was fast, it was everything we was looking for we put it in our bedroom. We decided to put it on the wall and that was the best thing. The heat blow great you only hear the fan, the remote work great and you can set it to low just for the flames.
This is a nice fireplace. Please note that it is very low, so if you decide to put your tv on it; make sure you buy an extender. Also pay attention to the weight of the tv as you don't want it to be too heavy. The heat output is great; heats my bedroom up very quickly. I wanted one that came pre-assembled so I wouldn't have to do it. The only thing you have to do is screw the fireplace unit into the mantel. It wasn't super hard but you have to use some elbow grease to get the screws thru. I also used my electric screwdriver; it'll save you a lot of time.
Now after we figured out how to work the timer! This is a great unit! Cute

Fits perfectly. Not noisy. Makes the bedroom cozy on our occasional chilly nights. Great price.
So far this has been a perfect by. The size is perfect the depth is perfect not too big and bulky. And I can honestly say it puts out some good heat. We have a 37 foot motorhome end it heats up the entire living space. Doesn't quite get to the bedroom because there is walls in the way. But I am constantly having to turn it down in heat because it actually is so warm.
